EILEEN MULLIN-GASTEIER

Principal

Eileen Mullin-Gasteier launched EMG Fundraising in 2017 with over 16 years of increasingly diversified non-profit fundraising experience and leadership. EMG Fundraising understands a donor-oriented approach is key in attracting repeat and new donors.

​

Eileen’s expertise with startup and growth includes strategic business and development plans, database and other infrastructure solutions, major donor and annual fund work, grants management, marketing and multiple fundraising events ranging in revenue from $60,000 - $1.6M.

​

Prior to launching EMG Fundraising, Eileen had successfully led multiple non-profit development operations through start-up and expansion. Her diverse career experience includes high-impact education reform organizations working in Chicago Public Schools, national health and wellness efforts supporting the Parkinson’s community. 

 

Her fundraising passion stems from the belief that great investments happen only through collaboration of innovative non-profits and engaged, empowered investors.

 

Eileen received a BA in Psychology from the University of Dayton and an MBA from Loyola University Chicago. A native of Cleveland, Ohio she has called greater Chicago home for 20 years. She and her husband Brian live in Glen Ellyn with their two children.

Eileen's other passions include tennis, platform tennis, yoga, travel, reading, snowboarding, foreign language (French and Spanish specifically), and she is a blossoming guitarist.
