Salesforce.org is an integrated platform that empowers nonprofits to fund and run their entire mission by building meaningful donor relationships. Configured for nonprofits, the Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP) sits on top of Salesforce and provides the complete CRM tools to help manage programs, donations, volunteers, and supporters all in one place. The first 10 subscriptions are free, and can be swapped or retired, so at any given time 10 users can be on the platform.
To be eligible the client must be recognized as a charitable 501c3 nonprofit. Eligibility is determined by Salesforce.org on a case-by-case basis. Your organization must provide legal documentation showing that you meet criteria.
